Beyond Day 60..

Its after day 60 and I said it again. P90X rocks, I am taking a break to focus on some personal project and therefore will maintain my current weight until I’m free again to focus on fitness more.

Nope, this isn’t a “I am done” this is a time-off, as much as I’d hate to admit priority changes sometimes and at this point it is very crucial for me to dedicate my time to something else. I’ll still workout but not as intense as the past couple of months. I’ll be back soon!

P90X – Day 30

30 Jun

Woohooo! Day 30! Man, last night’s workout was Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and it was something! So many new moves my body is not accustomed to, I was basically struggling to keep going through but it was worth it! Mod continues to show progress, he did an impressive job on the clap push-ups and I can see that he lost some good weight, makes me proud.

So, now I’ve entered the 2nd phase officially yesterday and I know that I have promised to post some pictures and I will, but not right now since I’m at work at this time and taking my shirt of and posing for a camera here is frowned upon, hah!

Now I know there aren’t many people reading this and I don’t mind it but if anyone reading this to consider doing P90X, I say go for it, set your meal timing, portion and composition right first then do the workout, it is worth it, The more effort you give, the more you reap at the end. Anyway, enough talk, time to keep BRINGING IT!

P90X – Day 20

20 Jun

Day 20 is here and we’re still bringing it. I’ve though of giving up and lazing off a few times but shrugged off the thought and carried through. I’m starting to look and feel better and can not wait to start my workout for the day. Mod is doing great too, his energy levels are better than when he started and he lost a good bit of weight.

The past 3 days I’ve been eating a bit heavy at night, which is -no doubt- a bad thing. I think the reason is me missing a few meals here and there during my days off. I’ll get my act together starting today. 10 more days before posting my 30 days mark pictures.

Until then, lets BRING IT!

P90X Day – 10

P90X

I hate it but I love it! The program is no joke, it is designed to make you sweat like crazy and move in ways you are not familiar with and I love it. I’m on day 10 today and I have Shoulders, back and abs today, time for me and MOD to bring it once more.

I’m down to 76 kg and I promise to post pictures once I hit my 30 days mark while doing P90X.

Note: MOD is my nephew and he (just like me) have a busy schedule everyday but still take the time to join me to workout for 60-120 minutes everyday to get in shape. We both decided not to come up with any excuses, its time to do this!
