Woohooo! Day 30! Man, last night’s workout was Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and it was something! So many new moves my body is not accustomed to, I was basically struggling to keep going through but it was worth it! Mod continues to show progress, he did an impressive job on the clap push-ups and I can see that he lost some good weight, makes me proud.
So, now I’ve entered the 2nd phase officially yesterday and I know that I have promised to post some pictures and I will, but not right now since I’m at work at this time and taking my shirt of and posing for a camera here is frowned upon, hah!
Now I know there aren’t many people reading this and I don’t mind it but if anyone reading this to consider doing P90X, I say go for it, set your meal timing, portion and composition right first then do the workout, it is worth it, The more effort you give, the more you reap at the end. Anyway, enough talk, time to keep BRINGING IT!
