Change in plans, I’ve switched to doing more strength training lately which reduced my chances of losing fat but I like the progress I am making nonetheless.

Resumed working out towards the end of this week, shoulder injury made me unable to workout for most of it but its better now.
No update for this week due to the fact that I was not serious in my effort, I’ll make up for it. I promise myself that much.

Bad week, hurt my back and couldn’t workout for most of it. food intake increased as the stats show.
