Well, I’ve finally gathered enough courage to record a video blog and entry and upload it to Youtube. Check it it out:
Depressed
I’ve always hated the feeling I got when I am off sugar, mood swings become worse than ever and especially when I feel that the whole world is trying to sabotage my efforts to reach my goal. Today I am easy to tick off and pretty much out of energy. I know I am eating right and on time. I’m sure its my body trying to revolt against my attempts to reduce its fat percentage but I know my will is stronger than all of this. I’ve been down this road before and shall once again conquer this obstacle.
I’m off to do my weight training for the night, although I don’t feel like working out one bit tonight I will still do it, I will not go soft this time, not again.
On the path
Its been a week and I’m doing good. I am eating my meals as I should and working out everyday. all is good and can’t wait for the month to pass :)
Never say never..
Ahh.. Its been a long time since I’ve posted something here, not that anyone would miss it since its a ghost town :)
Nevertheless, I owe and explanation to those who follow(ed) my journey to a better body through previous year, here is what happened that made me stop for a while:
1. I had to move from a small apartment into a much bigger house, with no additional help I found myself with less and less time to spend to focus on my goal.
2. I have a son now :D a bundle of joy and lots of extra work to help his mommy take care of him (sometimes…).
3. with my gym moved into the creepy basement I find myself working out less than before, but the funny thing I never fully stopped working out, something kept me working on it.
Now, I did put up a farewell post earlier where I said I will updating this blog since it became like a chore more than a way to keep track of my progress and get in touch with other motivated people to reach my goal. I gotta say every time I fall down I find myself more determined to reach the finish line, now more than ever. So NO, I never quit, and even in that post I’ve stated that I will always continue working but I won’t update this blog, that have changed now.
I will update the blog on semi-weekly basis, there might be some posts here and there when I have something to share or talk about, I will also and for the first time…. post pictures of my progress. I’ve started one week prior to writing this post and I’ve taken a picture back then.

This is me at 84 kg, my body structure have changed since I’ve started this journey 2 years back, I have a bit more muscle than before and a good bit of fat that needs to go away.
The next picture should be after 1 month of work.
