Weight: 75 kg

Body fat: 23%

Still BF is going down very slowly, I figured that if I am retaining water the scale gives inaccurate BF readings!

Body fat: 23.5 %

Body fat percentage went up in stead of going down which doesn’t make sense to me, I feel that I have been retaining water which makes me question the accuracy of my Impedence Scale..

I’m just getting started.. Ramadan is the day after tomorrow so we’ll see how I will fare.

As Ramadan is coming up the progress may not be a good as I hope for but I’ll still be working.

I will from now on, update the site on weekly basis instead of daily.

Doing so, I’ll post my stats (weight, bf %, ..etc) and will use to to copare it to my target goal.

Moving on..

Adjusting  food intake and doing cardio.. legs are quite sore from the past 2 days runs, I’m taking today off to allow it to rest before I get bad cramps.

I’m back.. Never back down..

Its been more than a year and I haven’t achieved my goal, I got close  at times and then drifted far then close then further away.. I guess that’s why it is a journey.. I know one thing about myself though, I don’t back down, that’s why I don’t like to start something big without the intention to finish it or at least reach a result that I am satisfied with.

I’m still here and still going on,  like always there will be sweet days and rough ones and I’m willing to go through them. I may not get to my goals fast or swift but I will get there or remain on the way.. always..

I won’t be updating this blog for the next 2-3 weeks due to me being being busy working on some personal project, I should resume blogging after that.. hopefully!
