Morale Levels
I would like to explain a bit about the Morale value at the end of each daily post, it’s a numbering system that I came up with to rate my motivation and mental focus towards achieving my goal, it also indicate how happy am I with the achievements I am getting and results I am seeing. It is on a scale of 10, 10 being the highest and 0 being the rock bottom, in addition certain boosts or events come up every while and then will be represented by its own block, such events may lower or increase morale depending on their type.

Basic Morale Levels:
Highest Morale
“I feel great and nothing in this whole world can stop me! Achieving my goals is finally within a hand reach! ”
High Morale
“This is Perfect! I am doing wonderful and every workout really pays off!”
High Morale
“I feel absolutely great!I feel very motivated and I love the progress I am making!”

Moderate Morale
“Doing good! Progress is good and I am moving steadily towards my goal”
Moderate Morale
“I’m alright! I feel that I am doing the right thing.. good things will come…”
Moderate Morale
“I feel OK..I will continue my effort as the alternative is far much worse”
Low Morale
“Ah well…I had a bad day but tomorrow have to be better.. it has to be!”
Low Morale
“Sheesh…I could not have made it through this day if it wasn’t for sheer willpower”
Very Low Morale
“Man… Now is it really worth it..? I try and I try and nothing is working! out as I intend”
Very Low Morale
“Dear God!I think I’ve mastered the art of failure, this can’t be happening!”

Crushed Morale
“I’m done for…The weight of the world have truly crushed my spirit, is there a chance?”

“I am currently recovering from injury hindering my performance throughout my workouts, as the pain fades morale rises!”
1-Month Milestone
” One month have passed filled with good days and bad days but I have pulled through and stuck to my effort.”
Wife Support
” As I get tempted to cheat myself my second half moves in to save the day, my wife have shown me the support I needed to fight off the temptation..”
Iris the cat goes crazy!
” This furry little friend of mine dwells in my house, although her actions have little to no effect on my morale I found it fun to mention when she goes nuts and starts doing craziness that cracks me up!”
Rest Day!
“Today is a rest day or Day off from my regular training, I can kickback and relax but that is not an excuse to get lazy!”
Compliment received!
” Some people will try to put you down to justify their current state while others will compliment you to get you even more motivated, I was fortunate enough to meet someone from the second type today, their kind words lifted my spirit”
Trouble sticking to plans..
” You can plan all you want; its your ability to stick to them that will determine how successful you really are, I seem to be having trouble sticking to mine in this particular day”
Playing Video games!
” People who know me better would realize that I used to be (and still to some point) addicted to video games on PC and Consoles, I sometimes waste a good bit of my time playing such games, but the fun I have would make me realized it wasn’t really a wasted time!”
Site Maintenance
” This is not really related directly to my morale but usually refers to me either adding a new feature or fixing up something on the blog, its there to let people know that change have taken place somewhere.”

” This post contains some information regarding my stats, be it weight, body fat percentage or other measurements”
Cardio Training
” This icon will either have a Check mark or an X on it to indicate if I managed to do my planned Cardiovascular training” which is aimed to burn the fat and increase my overall fitness level
Weight Training
” This icon will either have a Check mark or an X on it to indicate if I managed to do my planned Strength training” which is aimed to increase overall muscle strength and help tone my muscles”
Consumed: Small amounts of sweets
” During this day, I have eaten a small amounts of sweets, while this has a small to moderate impact on my progress I should try to keep it to a minimum.”
Consumed: Large amounts of sweets
” During this day, I have eaten a large amounts of sweets! this will have a great deal of an impact on my weight loss progress and may cancel-out the day’s cardio training benefits!”
Reading a new book!
” We never stop learning and I am not an exception, I’m in the process of reading a new fitness-related book, the knowledge I might gain from it may come in handy throughout this journey..”
Learned Something new!
” through trial and error; I have learned something new, it may help me progress faster or enhance my performance or even keep me more motivated..”
Consumed: Cheat meal!
” Every week I have the right to have a cheat meal, this meal does not only serve as a pyscholigical boots but also helps shocking my body every while and then to keep the fat loss going..”
Something went wrong!
” Something unexpected happened and it had a negative impact on my progress, be it an emergency or something breaking down it sure had an effect!”
