Ahh.. Its been a long time since I’ve posted something here, not that anyone would miss it since its a ghost town :)
Nevertheless, I owe and explanation to those who follow(ed) my journey to a better body through previous year, here is what happened that made me stop for a while:
1. I had to move from a small apartment into a much bigger house, with no additional help I found myself with less and less time to spend to focus on my goal.
2. I have a son now :D a bundle of joy and lots of extra work to help his mommy take care of him (sometimes…).
3. with my gym moved into the creepy basement I find myself working out less than before, but the funny thing I never fully stopped working out, something kept me working on it.
Now, I did put up a farewell post earlier where I said I will updating this blog since it became like a chore more than a way to keep track of my progress and get in touch with other motivated people to reach my goal. I gotta say every time I fall down I find myself more determined to reach the finish line, now more than ever. So NO, I never quit, and even in that post I’ve stated that I will always continue working but I won’t update this blog, that have changed now.
I will update the blog on semi-weekly basis, there might be some posts here and there when I have something to share or talk about, I will also and for the first time…. post pictures of my progress. I’ve started one week prior to writing this post and I’ve taken a picture back then.

This is me at 84 kg, my body structure have changed since I’ve started this journey 2 years back, I have a bit more muscle than before and a good bit of fat that needs to go away.
The next picture should be after 1 month of work.
