The progress is good, I’ve been consistant with my training and I am cutting down on snacks as much as possible, I still eat some junk food here and then though..

Change in plans, I’ve switched to doing more strength training lately which reduced my chances of losing fat but I like the progress I am making nonetheless.
I’ll hold of reporting stats until I resume the fat loss cycle.

Body fat: 25.1%
Resumed working out towards the end of this week, shoulder injury made me unable to workout for most of it but its better now.
