Family Gathering days just makes things worse in terms of food intake.. but lets be honest, I wasn’t even trying to resist!

Food intake still not so good, I ate out today and recieved some good news so I feel good!

I ate some junk once more, since the wife is not in shape to cook these days and me being so lazy and lacking in terms of cooking I’ve resorted to the easy solutions.. not necessarily the best one..
