I am closely tracking my food / calorie intake to make sure that I stay within the limit on my daily allowance, the fact that I have it all logged makes it easier to analyse and determine where things go wrong, it is too soon to say though.

The 150 plan… Day 1
I’ve set a plan for myself, it is designed to take me to my next goal within 150 days, however, since Ramadan is going to be within the next few months I’ve added another 30 days where I should at least maintain my weight and then resume it when the holy month is over.
I am excited, and equipped with even more gizmos to keep track of my progress, I will do my very best and reach my goal and I know I will.
The first 30 days will be spent mostly to work on my food intake and then I’ll resume working out slowly and tweak it in such a way that it won’t generate excessive sugar craving.
Setting a plan..
I’ve been beating around the bush and I knew it, without a newly set plan that have realistic goals I will not go anywhere!
This is going to be my primary goal today.
Fixing my food intake…
I got bitten by the sugar bug faster than I thought! or maybe I’m being more tolerant with myself than I should be?
