I’m feeling less bloated today, although that I am getting my food intake in order I feel that I am not getting enough sleep, but again checking the clock I think I did get a solid 7.5 hours of sleep, this could be a sign that I should resume working out soon..

Day 5
Keeping track of all one’s food intake sure isn’t an easy task, especially if you register ever small little thing you consume like bubble gum!
I must admit however that I feel more in control of my weight than I have ever been.
Day 4
Although its been only 4 days since I’ve started eating clean again, I do feel a good bit of change, my overall mood is improving and my stomach is adapting to the original portion sizes I’ve trained it to accept a good way back.
I did eat a bit more than I should have tonight, I had some Papa Jones chicken strips for dinner with some mixed berry juice as I had some friends over, I know it is not an excuse but it was done.
That put me over my limit for the day by about 200 cals, no worries though, even with that I am a good way below my BMR.
I will be going on a Business Trip next Monday, I’ll be away for a week and I hope that wouldn’t affect my ability to maintain a healthy diet, I’ll explore the possibility to workout in the Hotel’s gym during that time, it might help me stay on track or even boost my progress.. one never knows..
Day 3
My food intake in under control, although I am not very happy with the meal times and portion, the total calorie intake however is within the limit, the iPhone application I am using to keep track of my caloric intake in acting up, I am thinking of changing it and switching to another one with more features.. If it wasn’t for the few flaws with the iPhone, I would have declared it the very best PDA ever made…!
