Today was a disaster in terms of caloric intake, I have eaten a good bit of junk during my family movie night, I did enjoy myself though and I know that I have to pick up the pace tomorrow and carry on.
Along this trip I’ve learned not to dwell on any mistakes I make but rather carry on and enjoy the moment.. a precious lesson indeed..
