2nd run

Today I’ve finished my 2nd run for 530 cal and it wasn’t easy since I’ve been neglecting working out for more than a month!

You can now see my runs and cardio progress on the right as a widget with my Avatar saying witty things to to motivate me to run more often..

Upper body..

My legs are still stiff from yesterday’s workout but that didn’t stop me from finishing my upper body workout, I was a bit lazy but I got off my butt and did it..
