Today marks the end of Feb, I’ve spent this month cutting and went down by 2 kg, not much due to the fact that I wasn’t very serious with my food intake in terms of quantity or times. I have however gotten serious now and should get better results before the end of this month..
I have finished my 500 cal cardio for the day and watched my food intake.
I have some plans that should take place at the end of this month up til mid of April, I’ll announce it once its set in a stone..
