Back workout..

I finished my back workout for today, it was better than I thought, I ate less sweets today than the past couple of days, I need to get my sugar intake tapered down before starting Feb cutting phase on Sunday.

Note: I will be performing site maintenance soon, so things might get screwed up, like layout being messed up, missing images, missing features or total site down time! I will try my best to limit those things but sometimes those things happen!
