Yesterday’s progress was OK, Instead of cardio I did light weight training since some of my muscles are still not ready to resume cardio again. I did consume my cheat meal consisting of Chocolate mint, few biscuits and some nuts.

Yesterday’s progress was good, I ate all my meals in time and didn’t eat any junk, no workout was done as it is a rest day, I did some push-ups though.
Less than planned..

Yesterday’s progress was ok, I did Chest and Biceps workout and couldn’t do shoulders due to lack of energy, the feverish feeling is really making me feel down, I did however do some chin-ups before going to bed.
Quads down..

Yesterday’s progress wasn’t that good, Although meals were consumed on time and no junk was eaten I couldn’t get any workout done due to the pain in my legs. I’ve been noticing that my general body temp is rising, I hope I am not coming up with a fever of some sort.
