Yesterday’s progress was alright, at all my meals in time and had a bit of junk food. I did my weight training and started monitoring my weight. I have gained a good bit of weight since I’ve stopped doing cardio, most of it is water weight but still, I will continue to monitor my weight gain/loss over the next week to determine if the weight training alone approach is really doing it for me or not.

A new path?
Focusing on upper body weight training have served me better than the cardio weight training cycles as it seems, I can notice the improvements showing and my morale is relatively higher, I am starting to believe that I need to add muscle more than lose the few kgs of fat left, I wonder if this would work better for me? I need to research this a bit more..

A change of plans?
yesterday’s progress was OK, I ate my meals and some more junk (unfortunately) and did more weight training, I feel that I am responding better to weight training than cardio, I might have just had a change of heart and possible plans… more on this in later posts.
