Same all…

Yesterday’s progress is pretty much similar to the few days before it except for the fact I ate my cheat meal consisting of Low carb chocolate ice-cream, I did something close to 50 chin-ups through the day and 20 push-ups but no weight training.

Getting lazy or low motivation?

Yesterday’s progress wasn’t good nor bad, I ate all my meals and didn’t eat any junk, didn’t do any weight training at all as I was busy with family, site design, playing games and sleeping! I did some chin-ups and managed to reach 7 this time compared to 5 last time, I guess there is improvement after all.

I do feel that I am lazing off lately, Its either lack of motivation or me being hooked on MMORPGs a bit too much…

Approaching the end of a month..

Yesterday’s progress was ok, as a rest day no real workout was done, just a few chin-ups and bench presses and a few dumbbell curls. meals were ok, ate a good bit of macademia nuts though!

Lazed off..

Yesterday’s progress wasn’t good! Ate all my meals but missed my workout, one good thing though; it seems that most of my weight gain is water weight and some muscle according to my Ironman scale. I’ll continue monitoring it more to see if that is correct.
