When there is no time..

Be it work or at home, these couple of days have been busy! I wanted to make today’s post longer but alas, I have to cut it short again and jump to yesterday’s progress:

Meals timings were messed up (sadly) and only 3 meals were consumed, also a light biceps, triceps, back abs and chest workout was done. Not the best day!

    Hiiiii Ali

    glad to read about your journey again, i actually missed it in last few days, i was busy a bit,

    Well i was fasting and.. i found that i feel really thirsty during the day and especially during and after the exercise although i drink A LOT of water at nigh! do you know how to prevent it? and do you think it is because of the “White Cheese” which salty that i eat for Shor?

    Today i had Breakfast or Ftoor at my friend’s, and there they were insisting that i take one of the Donates they were bringing for this gathering, But unbelievably i resisted :D
    I even stared advising them to not eat it because it contains almost 300 calories!! and i kept saying: Do you know HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WALK TO BURN THIS :O

    will i wouldn’t.. i know now how long it takes to burn 1 kg ( which i learned from you “Ali”) and how sweaty i shall get to burn 300 cal! I said to them.

    you are becoming a nerd, they said :( . oh and yes,, all of my friends are FAT :D

    “Ali” my friend after you have posted what you eat in your daily 5 meals i lost 2 kg :D

    East^Rose, You’re welcome, I’m glad to hear that I have helped even a little bit with your own journey, I am very glad to hear that your willpower is growing stronger as your knowledge do, you sure are on your way to achieve your goal, keep going and you’ll get there and when you do you’ll realize how much it is worth it to skip those little treats or reduce them to get the body you’ll spend the rest your life with..

    Furthermore, You’ll find that I have improved the Comments Box now where you can format the text as you like, this should make things easier in the future I hope.
