Another week ends..

Yesterday’s cardio workout was good, god how I miss weight training, I feel my body getting soft from the lack of it, I think I will get in some abs and lower body training next time to keep those muscles tighter. Staying strong!

Another Friday..

Yesterday’s workout wasn’t bad, I did good bit of cardio and ate the planned 5 meals, leg pain is fading slowly unlike the shoulder one, but all in due time I suppose.

Yesterday’s  meals:

Meal 1: 2 boiled eggs with protein shake
Meal 2: 1/2 Salmon Salad
Meal 3: 1/2 Salmon Salad
Meal 4: Beef and spinach noodles
Meal 5: Protein shake

Back on Track..

Yesterday I finally managed to get some workout in, I did some cardio training and will stick to cardio for the next couple of days until I’m ready to resume weight training again.

God’s willing; I’ll be back on track in no time.

Yesterday’s  meals:

Meal 1: Special-K cereal with protein shake
Meal 2: Beef Steak (Premium ribs)
Meal 3: Some nuts
Meal 4: more nuts!
Meal 5: Protein shake

More rest..

Yesterday I skipped workout as well, that resulted in a not-so-good-mood but it was necessary to give my shoulder and leg the chance to heal a bit before resuming my regular workout, the meals were not ideal as well specially the last one but it did serve as a  boost to the ever low morale!

Yesterday’s  meals:

Meal 1: 2 boiled eggs + protein shake
Meal 2: half turkey breast salad
Meal 3: 2nd half turkey breast salad
Meal 4: Beef steak  and steamed broccoli + carrot
Meal 5: Two cups of Kiwi cubes.
