Farewell..

I can list so many reasons why I am not updating this blog any more, but it would not change the fact that I won’t do it any more.

My struggle against bad eating habits and workout will continue for as long as I am alive but this is where this blog stop documenting.

For those who still want to keep in touch of my progress and what I am doing, you can find me on Facebook, as for the rest I bid you fare well. Its been great :)

On Hold

Due to me being preoccupied with moving from my aparment to a new home I’m putting this blog on hold untill further notice. (hopefully soon).

Week 12

My mind is very pre-occupied these days. I’ve been busy with a project that is in fact making me neglect my training, I’ll try to work harder to balance the two..

Week 11

Missed 4 days of workout.  Wasn’t the best of weeks.

Week 10

The progress is good, I’ve been consistant with my training and I am cutting down on snacks as much as possible, I still eat some junk food here and then though..

Week 9

Change in plans, I’ve switched to doing more strength training lately which reduced my chances of losing fat but I like the progress I am making nonetheless.

I’ll hold of reporting stats until I resume the fat loss cycle.

Week 8

Weight: 77.5kg

Body fat: 25.1%

Resumed working out towards the end of this week, shoulder injury made me unable to workout for most of it but its better now.

Week 7

No update for this week due to the fact that I was not serious in my effort, I’ll make up for it. I promise myself that much.

Weight: 75.5kg

Body fat: 24.2%

Bad week, hurt my back and couldn’t workout for most of it. food intake increased as the stats show.

Weight: 74.8 kg

Body fat: 23%

Not the best week, lots of junk food and water retention..
